Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QMP (Queue Management Platform), operated by Aoire Technologies ("QMP", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, customer queue-joining pages, business dashboard, and display board product. By creating an account, joining a queue, or otherwise using QMP, you agree to these Terms. If you're using QMP on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. Who can use QMP

QMP is intended for use by adults capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. QMP is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 18.

3. Accounts

Some parts of QMP — booking a token, managing a business, staff access — require an account. You're responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when you register
  • Keeping your password confidential and your account secure
  • All activity that happens under your account

You can create an account with an email and password, or sign in with Google. Business (staff) accounts may also be created for you by your organization's administrator.

4. Using QMP as a customer

When you join a queue, you're getting a digital token from the business you selected — QMP provides the platform, but the underlying service (the appointment, the counter, the consultation) is provided by that business, not by us. Wait times, positions, and estimated call times are estimates based on the business's own queue activity and can change. Cancellation, no-show, and service policies are set by the individual business.

5. Using QMP as a business

If you register a business on QMP, you're responsible for the accuracy of your business listing, for how your staff use their accounts, and for how you handle the customer data you receive through the platform (names, phone numbers, and queue activity of people who join your queues). You agree to use that data only to provide service to those customers, not for unrelated marketing without their consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use QMP for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on QMP
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform (including its display board, notifications, or APIs)
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse customer or business data available through QMP
  • Upload advertisement or profile content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights

7. Third-party services

QMP uses trusted third-party services to operate, including Google (for Sign-In), Amazon Web Services (for storing uploaded media, in India-region infrastructure), and email delivery providers (for account and queue notifications). Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep QMP available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features like live queue updates depend on network connectivity on both ends and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

9. Intellectual property

The QMP name, logo, and platform are the property of Aoire Technologies. Businesses retain ownership of their own content (logos, advertisements, business information) uploaded to QMP, and grant us a limited license to display it as part of operating the platform on their behalf.

10. Limitation of liability

QMP is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aoire Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed appointments, wait-time estimate inaccuracies, or service issues at a business you've queued with.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to QMP for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using QMP, or request account deletion, at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how to do that.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of QMP after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
