Data Deletion and Grievance

1. Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. To do this:

• Email info@aoirec.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Include your name and, if you have one, the phone number you used for tokens. If you are asking about an event, include the event name.
• We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act, to protect your account.

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, or where we need them to prevent fraud, resolve a dispute or maintain the audit trail a business relies on. Where possible these are anonymised so they no longer identify you. Businesses you queued with may also hold their own records of a visit, which are governed by their own policies.

4. Event guests

Details collected for a temporary event queue are anonymised after the event ends, on a schedule we apply (30 days by default). You can ask us to do it sooner using the steps above.

You can also ask to see a copy of your data, to correct it, or to withdraw consent for optional features such as notifications. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Grievances and complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, a request or the service, please contact our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted and accepting complaints, or any other authority that has jurisdiction.
