How cancelling a token, an appointment or a business plan works, and when money is returned.

1. Customers and event guests

QMP is free for customers and event guests. You can cancel your token from your token page at any time before you are called, and nothing is charged. Where a business takes a deposit or fee for its own service, that is between you and the business, and their refund rules apply.

2. Cancelling or changing an appointment

You can cancel a booked time window from your token or booking page. Businesses may set their own limits on how late you can cancel or reschedule, and these are shown to you when you book. If a business cancels or closes a queue, your token is cancelled automatically and you are told.

3. Business plans

Fees for businesses, the billing period, and any onboarding or set up charge are set out in your order form or agreement with Aoire Technologies. That document is the final word on pricing. The points below are the defaults we apply unless your agreement says otherwise.

  • You can cancel at the end of any billing period. Service continues until that period ends.
  • Fees already paid for a period in progress are not refunded when you cancel part way through.
  • If we are unable to provide the service you paid for, we will refund the fees for the period affected, or extend your plan, at your choice.
  • Charges made in error are refunded in full once confirmed.

4. Event services

Event setup is quoted per event. If you cancel an event before we have started preparing it, any advance is refunded. After preparation has begun, we may keep a reasonable amount for work already done, which we will explain in writing.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. How to ask

Email info@aoirec.com with your business name and the payment reference. We reply within two working days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, use the grievance process.
