Why we built QMP
Waiting rooms and standing lines are still the default in most Indian service businesses — customers don't know how long they'll wait, and staff manage it all with a token counter or a notebook. We thought both sides deserved better: a business owner should be able to see their whole queue at a glance, and a customer should be able to grab a digital token and go about their day until it's actually their turn.
QMP is that platform — live queue tracking, digital tokens, multi-branch support, and a digital signage display board, built specifically around how Indian salons, clinics, banks, and service counters actually operate day to day.
